As your Artist in Residence, I get to join your school for a whole week of hands-on fun. We’ll pick one entire grade level to be my creative crew. From Monday to Thursday, we’ll be elbows-deep in a huge, ongoing art project, weaving creativity right into your curriculum. Then, Friday is the big finale, where we show off all the incredible work your students have created and “wow” the entire school!
Research is clear: the arts are not an “extra”—they’re essential. A residency is the fastest way to inject your school with 21st-century skills like creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. It’s a powerful investment in student engagement and teacher morale that lasts long after I’m gone.
